1. Who we are

These terms apply to orders placed on www.mdfskirtingmouldings.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.

2. Products

“MDF” means medium-density fibreboard. Made-to-order mouldings are machined to the thickness, height, length and finish you select, and are supplied at the length selected when ordering. Colours and textures in photographs are a guide; minor natural variation is not a defect. Products must be stored flat and dry and allowed to acclimatise before fitting.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the current rate; the ex-VAT price is shown alongside for trade customers. Delivery is charged in addition and shown at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken when you place your order. The minimum order for delivery is £50 including VAT.

4. Made-to-order items and cancellation

Because made-to-order items are produced to your specification, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to them. They cannot be cancelled once production has started. Stock items can be cancelled or returned as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, costs, lead times and kerbside terms are set out in our Delivery & Collection policy, which forms part of these terms. We may deliver an order in more than one shipment. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for losses caused by a delay outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

6. Damage and faults

Check your goods on arrival and report damage within 24 hours with photos. We will replace damaged or faulty goods at our cost or, if you prefer, refund them. Minor surface marks that will be covered by filling and painting are not a defect. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Our liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, or for damage to property caused by a third-party carrier during kerbside delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability.

8. Website and intellectual property

Content on this website belongs to MR Mouldings Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. Please do not link to the site in a way that suggests endorsement without our consent. We are not responsible for third-party websites.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, carrier failures, severe weather and industrial action.

10. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found invalid the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
