MR Mouldings Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MR Mouldings! These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website (www.mdfskirtingmouldings.co.uk) and your purchases from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please see our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

2. Products and Descriptions

  • "MDF" refers to "Medium Density Fibreboard."

  • Products are advertised as 3 or 4 meters long and will be delivered at 3050mm or 4200mm.

  • We are not liable for any use of products beyond their intended purpose.

3. Payment

We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Card, and Debit Card. Orders paid via PayPal e-Cheque will be shipped upon confirmation of funds.

4. Delivery

  • We aim for delivery within 5 working days, with a maximum of 12 during busy periods.

  • Delivery is kerbside only. We cannot be held responsible for property damage caused by the courier.

  • Proof of delivery will be taken.

  • Refusal of visibly damaged products is recommended.

  • Report damage within 24 hours for replacements.

  • Minor imperfections will not warrant a refund or replacement.

  • We may make partial shipments.

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

5. Minimum Order Value

Orders under £50 are not accepted.

6. Cancellations and Returns

  • Minimum 24 hours' notice for cancellations, except Super Fast Delivery orders.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a reasonable administration fee.

  • Since products are custom-made, the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply.

  • Refunds are only available for faulty products returned within 14 days.

  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs are not refunded for returned products.

  • We will replace faulty products or issue a refund within 28 days.

  • Incorrectly ordered products are subject to a 50% restocking fee and collection charges.

7. Availability and Links

  • Services are only available in the United Kingdom.

  • You may not create links to our website without our consent.

  • We are not responsible for the content of linked websites.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials on this website are copyrighted by MR Mouldings. Unauthorised use will result in legal action.
