Where we deliver

We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. If you are in one of those areas, call us on 01372 740777 to arrange collection or a pallet quote.

Delivery is charged per order and shown at checkout as soon as you enter your postcode:

Collection from our Epsom workshop is free.

How long it takes

Orders, including made-to-order lengths, are delivered within 5–7 working days of ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. In very busy periods it can take up to 12 working days; if that applies to your order we will tell you before you pay or as soon as we know.

Bespoke matched profiles take up to 14 working days in production. We confirm the lead time when you order.

Collection orders are usually ready within 3–5 working days. Some stock items are ready sooner. We email you when your order is ready.

Minimum order

The minimum order for delivery is £50 including VAT. There is no minimum for collection.

On the day

Deliveries arrive between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, by a single driver. Delivery is kerbside only: the driver cannot bring goods into your home or workplace, and long lengths cannot be left unattended, so someone needs to be there to take them in. If you need a specific time slot, call us before ordering.

Check your delivery

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, refuse the damaged item or note it with the driver, and tell us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will replace damaged items at our cost.

Lengths

Mouldings are supplied at the length you select when ordering (2.2 m, 3.0 m or 4.4 m; some ranges 2.4 m or 3.6 m). Please allow for cutting waste when working out how many lengths you need.

Collection

Collect from MR Mouldings Ltd, 10 Felstead Road, Longmead Industrial Estate, Epsom, Surrey KT19 9QG. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5pm. Please wait for our “ready for collection” email before travelling.
