Once payment is confirmed, you can either:

Precision Scanning & Template Creation

Your profile is scanned into our high-tech template machine, which creates a digital image of the moulding. A plastic draft template is then CNC-cut, giving our wood machinist the exact shape to replicate.

STEP 5:
Custom Cutter Production

Our specialist operator uses the template to grind new TCT cutters, designed specifically to match your moulding.

STEP 6:
Manufacture

The cutters are placed into our industrial wood moulder, where your chosen timber or MDF is machined into perfect, high-quality lengths of your bespoke profile.
