Refund policy

MR Mouldings Ltd trades in line with UK consumer law. This policy explains what you can return and how.

Made-to-order items

Skirting boards, architraves, dado rails, picture rails, panel mouldings, cornices, window boards and any product where you choose the size, length or finish are made to order. They are machined to your specification, so they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check your measurements before ordering. If you are unsure, call us on 01372 740777 and we will help.

Stock items

Adhesives, fillers, tools and other stock accessories can be returned if you change your mind:

• Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, by email to customerservice@mrmouldings.co.uk or by phone. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

• You pay the return carriage. We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at our cost. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, tell us and we will arrange it.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns the original delivery charge is not refunded. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we refund in full.

Collection orders

The same rules apply to collected orders. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
