🔧 Installation Guidance

• Supplied Straight: All Flexi MDF moulds are delivered in straight lengths and must be heated and curved by the customer.

• Pre-Heat Before Bending: Use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before bending.

• Even Heating: Move the gun continuously to apply even heat across the mould and prevent scorching.

• Shaping: Once sufficiently heated, bend the mould to your required radius and secure it in place.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend cold — without heating, the MDF may snap.

• Fixing: Use adhesive, pins, or screws to fix in position until set. Once cooled, the mould retains its curve.
