🔧 Installation Guidance

• Supplied Straight: All Flexi MDF moulds are delivered in straight lengths and must be heated and curved by the customer.

• Pre-Heat Before Bending: Use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before attempting to bend.

• Even Heating: Apply heat evenly along the mould, moving the gun continuously to avoid scorching.

• Shaping: Once warmed, bend the mould to your required radius and secure in place.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend the mould cold — without heating, the MDF may snap.

• Fixing: Secure with adhesive, pins, or screws until set. Once cooled, the mould retains its curved shape.
