🔧 Installation Guidance

• Supplied Straight: All Flexi MDF mouldings are delivered in straight lengths and must be heated and curved by the customer.

• Pre-Heat Before Bending: Always use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before attempting to bend.

• Even Heating: Apply consistent heat while keeping the gun moving to avoid scorching.

• Shaping: Once warmed, flex the mould to the desired radius and secure it in place.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend cold — without heating, the MDF may snap.

• Fixing: Secure with adhesive, pins, or screws until fully set. Once cooled, the mould retains its curve.
