15mm and 18mm thicknesses are manufactured to order and typically take 5–7 working days for production and delivery. This ensures precision manufacturing and a high-quality finish tailored to your requirements.

How Many Pieces Do You Need?

To cover approximately 1 metre in width:

95mm wide boards:
You will need 11 pieces per metre

145mm wide boards:
You will need 7 pieces per metre

To calculate your order:

For 95mm boards:
Total metres required × 11 = total pieces needed

For 145mm boards:
Total metres required × 7 = total pieces needed

Example:
If your wall area needs 4 metres of coverage using 95mm boards:
4 × 11 = 44 pieces required

Easy Step-by-Step Installation

Measure Your Room
Measure how many metres of wall coverage you require.

Calculate Your Pieces
For 95mm boards, multiply your required metres by 11.
For 145mm boards, multiply your required metres by 7.

Prepare the Wall
Make sure the wall is clean, dry, and ready for fixing.

Start with the First Board
Apply adhesive to the back of the first board, place it on the wall, and secure with pins.

Slot the Boards Together
Take the next board and slot it into the tongue and groove joint.

Glue and Pin as You Go
Continue applying adhesive and pinning each board securely to the wall.

Finish the Area
Work across the wall piece by piece until complete.

Sand and Paint
If primed, give the surface a light sand if required, then apply your final paint finish.
