🔧 Installation Guidance

• Heat Before Bending: Always use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before attempting to bend.

• Even Heating: Apply consistent heat along the mould, keeping the gun moving to avoid scorching.

• Shaping: Once sufficiently heated, the mould will flex smoothly to your desired curve.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend the mould cold — without heating, the MDF may snap.

• Fixing in Place: Secure the mould with adhesive, pins, or screws until set. Once cooled, it will retain its curved shape.

• Finishing: The smooth MDF surface is ready for priming and painting to suit your décor.
