🔧 Installation Guidance

• Supplied Straight: All Flexi MDF mouldings are delivered in straight lengths and must be heated and curved by the customer.

• Pre-Heat Before Bending: Always use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before bending.

• Even Heating: Apply heat evenly along the mould, keeping the gun moving to prevent scorching.

• Shaping: Once warmed, bend the mould smoothly to your required curve and secure in place.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend the mould cold — without sufficient heating, the MDF may snap.

• Fixing: Secure the mould with adhesive, pins, or screws until set. Once cooled, it will retain its curved form.
