🔧 Installation Guidance

• Pre-Heat Before Bending: Always use a heat gun to warm the mould before attempting to bend.

• Even Heating: Apply consistent heat across the mould, keeping the gun moving to avoid scorching.

• Shaping: Once heated, flex the mould to your required radius and secure in place.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend cold — the MDF may snap if not sufficiently heated.

• Fixing: Secure with adhesive, pins, or screws until set. Once cooled, the mould retains its curve.
