🔧 Installation Guidance

• Heat Before Bending: Always use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before bending.

• Even Heating: Apply heat evenly along the mould, keeping the gun moving to prevent scorching.

• Shaping: Once sufficiently heated, the mould will flex smoothly into your desired curve.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend the mould cold — without heating, the MDF may snap.

• Fixing in Place: Secure with adhesive, pins, or screws until fully set. Once cooled, it will retain its curved shape.

• Finishing: The paint-ready MDF surface can be primed and finished in your chosen colour.
