🔧 Installation Guidance

• Pre-Heat Before Bending: Always use a heat gun to gently warm the mould before bending.

• Even Heating: Apply consistent heat across the mould, moving the gun to avoid scorching.

• Shaping: Once warmed, the mould flexes easily into your required curved radius.

• ⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to bend cold — without sufficient heating the MDF may snap.

• Fixing: Use adhesive, pins, or screws to secure in place until fully set. Once cooled, the mould retains its curve.
